Ingredients

  • Rice Paper Wrappers
  • Cooked Chicken Breast, Sliced
  • Rice Vermicelli Noodles
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Carrots, Julienned
  • Cucumber, Julienned
  • Fresh Herbs (Mint, Cilantro, Basil)
  • Peanut Sauce or Hoisin Sauce for Dipping

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Soak the rice paper in warm water for about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Prepare the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Slice the veggies: julienne the carrots and cucumbers.
  5. Assemble the rolls with layers of lettuce, chicken, noodles, veggies, and herbs.
  6. Roll it up tightly, tucking the filling as you go.
