Ingredients
- Rice Paper Wrappers
- Cooked Chicken Breast, Sliced
- Rice Vermicelli Noodles
- Lettuce Leaves
- Carrots, Julienned
- Cucumber, Julienned

- Peanut Sauce or Hoisin Sauce for Dipping
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Soak the rice paper in warm water for about 10-15 seconds.
- Prepare the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions.
- Slice the veggies: julienne the carrots and cucumbers.
- Assemble the rolls with layers of lettuce, chicken, noodles, veggies, and herbs.
- Roll it up tightly, tucking the filling as you go.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
