- 1 ripe mango, diced

Instructions
- Begin with the Chicken: If you haven’t shredded your chicken yet, now’s the time!
- Prep the Mango: Slice the mango around the pit and dice it into small cubes.
- Chop the Veggies: Dice the red bell pepper and finely chop the onion.
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
