  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Make sure you have everything prepped and ready.
  2. Prep the strawberries: Remove the stems and dice them into small, even pieces.
  3. Cut the pineapple: If using fresh pineapple, slice it in half and chop away the outer skin.
  4. Chop the red onion: Dice finely to keep the flavor from overpowering.
  5. Finely dice the jalapeño: Remove the seeds and finely chop it for heat.
  6. Chop the cilantro: Rinse, pat dry, and give it a rough chop.
  7. Assemble the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine all the prepared ingredients.
  8. Add lime juice and salt: Squeeze lime over the mixture and add salt, then gently toss.
