- 16 Oreos, crushed
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a mini muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- Crush 16 Oreos into small and large chunks.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar and mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time and then stir in the vanilla.
- Fold in the Oreo crumbs and crushed Oreos.
- Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the mixture.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to chill for at least 2 hours.
