Ingredients

- 1 package (16 oz) breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk, divided
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- 1 pre-baked pizza crust (12-inch)
- Cooking spray
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (for the eggs)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or more, as desired)
- Crispy fried onions for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Make the gravy by adding flour to the cooked sausage and then gradually stirring in 1.5 cups of milk. Simmer to thicken.
- Prepare the eggs by whisking them with the remaining milk and cooking in a skillet until fluffy.
- Assemble the pizza by spreading sausage gravy on the crust, adding scrambled eggs, and topping with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Add crispy fried onions on top after baking.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
This pizza can be made ahead by preparing the sausage gravy and eggs the night before.
