- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mango puree
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prep your chicken by thawing and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Make the mango glaze by combining mango puree, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the chicken in half of the glaze for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the chicken on the grill for about 6-8 minutes per side or bake for 25-30 minutes, brushing with glaze.
- Baste and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a glazed finish.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with remaining glaze, sesame seeds, and green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve with jasmine rice or a colorful mixed salad for a complete meal.
