Ingredients
- Fresh Corn on the Cob (4 ears)
- Unsalted Butter (½ cup)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Fresh Parsley (¼ cup, chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Prepare your corn: Shuck the corn and remove any silk.
- Make the garlic butter: Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Seasoning time: Stir in parsley and lemon juice, allowing it to cool slightly.
- Preheat the grill: Heat the grill until hot (about 10 minutes for gas grills).
- Grill the corn: Brush the corn with garlic butter and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Final touch: Remove corn from the grill, brush with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Notes
Corn can be grilled with husks on for a smoky flavor. Serve with toppings like cheese and herbs for customization.
