- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Prepare your tofu: Start by draining your firm tofu. Gently press it between paper towels or a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Cut into even strips or tenders.
- Make the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine honey (or agave syrup), Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth.
- Marinate the tofu: Place tofu strips into the bowl with the honey mustard mixture and toss gently. Let marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Coat the tofu: Roll marinated tofu strips in breadcrumbs until well coated.
- Arrange on baking sheet: Place coated tofu strips evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between them.
- Bake to perfection: Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve and enjoy: Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Pair with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For a spicier version, add sriracha to the marinade. Serve with fresh veggies or a vibrant salad.
