Description

Delicious, juicy burgers with a flavor explosion featuring ground chuck, creamy sour cream, ranch dressing, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb Ground Chuck
  • 3 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix
  • ⅓ cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Hamburger Buns
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Mustard, Mayo

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 4-6 equal patties, around ¾ inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip the burgers and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Assemble your burgers with mayo, mustard, burger patties, and toppings like lettuce and tomato.

Notes

For a healthier twist, use turkey bacon or offer vegetarian options. Toasting the buns helps prevent sogginess.
