Instructions
- Mix the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 4-6 equal patties, around ¾ inch thick.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it.
- Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the burgers and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble your burgers with mayo, mustard, burger patties, and toppings like lettuce and tomato.
