Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup avocado chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Zest the lemon and juice half of it. Set aside the zest.
  2. Blend the base: In a blender, combine almond milk, lemon juice, and zest. Blend for 15 seconds.
  3. Add the goodness: Include blueberries, avocado, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 30 seconds until creamy.
  4. Mix in the extras: Add chia seeds and cinnamon, and pulse until combined.
  5. Taste and adjust: Sweeten with honey or agave if desired.
