- 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup avocado chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Ice (to taste)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Zest the lemon and juice half of it. Set aside the zest.
- Blend the base: In a blender, combine almond milk, lemon juice, and zest. Blend for 15 seconds.
- Add the goodness: Include blueberries, avocado, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 30 seconds until creamy.
- Mix in the extras: Add chia seeds and cinnamon, and pulse until combined.
- Taste and adjust: Sweeten with honey or agave if desired.
- Pour and serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with chia seeds or blueberries.
