A fun twist on classic pizza, these Blackstone Pizza Roll Ups are easy to make and packed with bold flavors.

- 1 tube of crescent rolls
- 24 slices of pepperoni
- 4 string cheese sticks (cut in half)
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
- Garlic powder to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- Prepare the crescent rolls by unrolling the dough and separating the triangles.
- Assemble fillings by placing 2 slices of pepperoni and half a string cheese stick in the center of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough starting from the wider end toward the pointy end, tucking in the sides to seal.
- Brush with melted butter on each side of the roll-ups.
- Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on the griddle for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the roll-ups and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
