Description

A fun twist on classic pizza, these Blackstone Pizza Roll Ups are easy to make and packed with bold flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube of crescent rolls
  • 24 slices of pepperoni
  • 4 string cheese sticks (cut in half)
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  2. Prepare the crescent rolls by unrolling the dough and separating the triangles.
  3. Assemble fillings by placing 2 slices of pepperoni and half a string cheese stick in the center of each triangle.
  4. Roll up the dough starting from the wider end toward the pointy end, tucking in the sides to seal.
  5. Brush with melted butter on each side of the roll-ups.
  6. Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  7. Cook on the griddle for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  8. Flip the roll-ups and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
