- 2 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep the wings by cutting them into parts if using whole wings and patting them dry.
- Sprinkle the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; mix well to coat evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top; arrange the wings in a single layer.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Make the BBQ sauce by whisking BBQ sauce, honey, and cayenne in a saucepan over medium heat and simmering for 10 minutes.
- Glaze the cooked wings with BBQ sauce and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until sauce is sticky.
- Serve on a platter, drizzled with extra BBQ sauce and garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra heat, consider adding sriracha to the BBQ sauce. Ensure wings are dried thoroughly for maximum crispiness.
