1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup dried raspberries
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, and salt.
Stir in honey, nut butter, and vanilla until well mixed.
Fold in dried raspberries and white chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
