- 4 cups frozen French fries (crinkle-cut or sweet potato)
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Prep the fries by spreading them on a baking sheet and baking according to package instructions.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup, chopped pickles, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Crush the cooled bacon into the mixture.
- Combine the baked fries with the mixture until well-coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Cheese the top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve after letting it sit for 5 minutes.
