Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen French fries (crinkle-cut or sweet potato)
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Prep the fries by spreading them on a baking sheet and baking according to package instructions.
  4. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, chopped pickles, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  5. Crush the cooled bacon into the mixture.
  6. Combine the baked fries with the mixture until well-coated.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  8. Cheese the top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Serve after letting it sit for 5 minutes.
