- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the chicken wings by patting them dry with paper towels.
- Season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with a wire rack.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 20–25 minutes.
- Make the honey BBQ sauce by combining honey, BBQ sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
- Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until well coated.
- Finish by returning the wings to the oven for an additional 5–10 minutes.
- Serve with optional celery sticks and dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure wings are really dry before seasoning. Use a wire rack to allow airflow during baking for best results.
