Description

These sweet chili meatballs are the perfect fusion of savory, spicy, and sweet. With juicy pineapple, bold chili sauce, and grape jelly, they simmer to perfection in your crockpot—effortless and full of flavor. Great for game day, potlucks, or an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

48 oz bag fully cooked frozen Homestyle meatballs

12 oz sweet red chili sauce (like Thai Kitchen)

20 oz grape jelly

20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained

Instructions

Add frozen meatballs to your crockpot.

In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, grape jelly, and drained pineapple tidbits.

Pour sauce over meatballs and stir gently to coat.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until meatballs are hot and sauce is sticky.

Stir before serving. Great as an appetizer or served over rice!

Notes

A little sweet, a little heat—these crockpot meatballs are always the first to vanish from the table!
