- 1 small seedless watermelon
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Balsamic glaze, to drizzle
- 3–4 inch skewers
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Cut the watermelon into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes and remove any seeds.
- Combine feta and mint: In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta and chopped mint.
- Skewer it up: On each skewer, add a watermelon cube, a spoonful of the feta-mint mixture, and another watermelon piece.
- Spice it up: Sprinkle red chili flakes over the assembled skewers.
- Drizzle the balsamic: Lay the skewers on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve & enjoy: Serve immediately for the freshest experience.
