Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Cut the watermelon into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes and remove any seeds.
  2. Combine feta and mint: In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta and chopped mint.
  3. Skewer it up: On each skewer, add a watermelon cube, a spoonful of the feta-mint mixture, and another watermelon piece.
  4. Spice it up: Sprinkle red chili flakes over the assembled skewers.
