Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Clean strawberries and allow frozen ones to sit out for easier blending. Peel and chunk the banana.
- Add the strawberries to the blender first for better blending.
- Toss in your scoop of protein powder.
- Pour in your milk of choice.
- Add banana slices.
- Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup if using.
- Top with ice cubes if desired.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
