Ingredients
- Ground Beef (1.5 lbs)
- Fresh Peaches (2 large, diced)
- BBQ Sauce (½ cup)
- Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)
- Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Slider Buns (12 mini)
- Fresh Arugula (1 cup or to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Peach Mixture
- Dice the peaches by rinsing, halving, and cutting them into small cubes.
- Char the peaches in a skillet with a teaspoon of oil for 3-4 minutes until caramelized, then set aside to cool.
- Make the Burger Mixture
- Mix the ground beef, charred peaches, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl by hand.
- Form the mixture into 12 mini burger patties.
- Cook the Sliders
- Time to grill! Preheat the grill or skillet on medium-high and cook each slider for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Warm the buns by toasting them cut-side down during the last minute of cooking.
- Assemble Your Sliders
- Build the sliders by layering the bun, arugula, burger patty, and any leftover BBQ sauce.
