Juicy beef sliders infused with sweet, smoky peaches and topped with BBQ sauce, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Ground Beef (1.5 lbs)
  • Fresh Peaches (2 large, diced)
  • BBQ Sauce (½ cup)
  • Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)
  • Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Slider Buns (12 mini)
  • Fresh Arugula (1 cup or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peach Mixture
  2. Dice the peaches by rinsing, halving, and cutting them into small cubes.
  3. Char the peaches in a skillet with a teaspoon of oil for 3-4 minutes until caramelized, then set aside to cool.
  4. Make the Burger Mixture
  5. Mix the ground beef, charred peaches, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl by hand.
  6. Form the mixture into 12 mini burger patties.
  7. Cook the Sliders
  8. Time to grill! Preheat the grill or skillet on medium-high and cook each slider for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  9. Warm the buns by toasting them cut-side down during the last minute of cooking.
  10. Assemble Your Sliders
