Description
There’s something magical about a recipe that cooks itself while you enjoy your day. This creamy ranch chicken was my grandmother’s go-to when she wanted to spoil us with a hearty, flavorful dinner without fuss. It filled the house with a warm, savory aroma that meant love was on the menu. Now, it’s your turn to make memories with this easy crock pot favorite.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup chicken broth
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, then pour over chicken.
Add cubed cream cheese on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Once done, shred the chicken and stir everything together to make it creamy and smooth.
Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes and top with fresh parsley.
