Ingredients

1 lb large cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail-on)
1 cup cocktail sauce
1 lemon, sliced into wedges
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Small plastic or glass cups (2–3 oz size)
Instructions
Fill each cup with about 2 tablespoons of cocktail sauce.
Hang 2–3 shrimp around the rim of each cup.
Tuck in a lemon wedge and a sprig of parsley if desired.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve on a platter with crushed ice to keep them cold and fresh.
