- 4 ripe Fresh Peaches
- 8 oz Burrata
- 2–3 tbsp Honey
- Balsamic Glaze (optional)
- a handful Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/4 cup Nuts (toasted)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Peaches: Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit. Optionally brush with olive oil.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat grill to medium-high. Use a grill pan or roast in the oven at 400°F for about 15 minutes if no grill.
- Grill the Peaches: Place peaches cut-side down on the grill; cook for 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Toast the Nuts: In a skillet over medium heat, toast nuts for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Plate the Board: Arrange grilled peaches on a platter; place burrata in the center; drizzle with honey.
- Add Finishing Touches: Scatter toasted nuts and basil over the board; drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve with crusty bread or just dive in with a fork!
