Description

A visually stunning and flavorful dish featuring grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of honey, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe Fresh Peaches
  • 8 oz Burrata
  • 23 tbsp Honey
  • Balsamic Glaze (optional)
  • a handful Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Nuts (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Peaches: Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit. Optionally brush with olive oil.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Heat grill to medium-high. Use a grill pan or roast in the oven at 400°F for about 15 minutes if no grill.
  3. Grill the Peaches: Place peaches cut-side down on the grill; cook for 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toast the Nuts: In a skillet over medium heat, toast nuts for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Plate the Board: Arrange grilled peaches on a platter; place burrata in the center; drizzle with honey.
  6. Add Finishing Touches: Scatter toasted nuts and basil over the board; drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Serve with crusty bread or just dive in with a fork!

Notes

Serve cold, and consider variations such as using other fruits or adding prosciutto for a savory twist.
