Delicious chicken skewers marinated in ranch dressing, garlic, and Parmesan, perfect for grilling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast (cut into chunks)
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • Wooden or Metal Skewers (soaked if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prep your wooden skewers by soaking them in water for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Skewer the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, placing about 4-5 pieces per skewer.
  4. Heat your grill to medium-high temperature.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve and enjoy with extra ranch dressing or fresh herbs for garnish.

Notes

For added flavor, consider including vegetables like bell peppers and cherry tomatoes on the skewers.
