- 1 lb Chicken Breast (cut into chunks)
- ½ cup Ranch Dressing
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- Wooden or Metal Skewers (soaked if wooden)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a bowl with ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prep your wooden skewers by soaking them in water for 15-30 minutes.
- Skewer the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, placing about 4-5 pieces per skewer.
- Heat your grill to medium-high temperature.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve and enjoy with extra ranch dressing or fresh herbs for garnish.
Notes
For added flavor, consider including vegetables like bell peppers and cherry tomatoes on the skewers.
