Description

These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a flavor-packed adventure, blending classic ranch flavors with a garlicky twist for a deliciously unforgettable dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • Fresh parsley (minced)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Dry ranch seasoning
  • Dill
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, hot sauce, parmesan cheese, and all the seasonings.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes (if using) to prevent burning, then thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Notes

These skewers are great for batch cooking. They can also be baked at 400°F for 20-25 minutes if preferred.
