- 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup parmesan (grated)
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- Fresh parsley (minced)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Dry ranch seasoning
- Dill
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, hot sauce, parmesan cheese, and all the seasonings.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes (if using) to prevent burning, then thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Notes
These skewers are great for batch cooking. They can also be baked at 400°F for 20-25 minutes if preferred.
