- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Toss everything together until the chicken is well-coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Assemble the skewers by threading the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, alternating with veggies if desired.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through. If using an oven, bake for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with extra ranch for dipping and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
