Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Toss everything together until the chicken is well-coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Assemble the skewers by threading the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, alternating with veggies if desired.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through. If using an oven, bake for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
