Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine pumpkin purée, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs and milk; stir until smooth.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a separate bowl, then add melted butter and oats.
- Pour the pumpkin filling into a greased baking dish.
- Spoon the oat mixture over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
