  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and protein powder in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt, stirring until combined.
  4. Incorporate the dark chocolate chips if using, and mix well.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the edges are set but the middle is still soft.
