Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Prep the pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, and honey or maple syrup.
  3. Flavor it up: Add vanilla extract and salt, then stir until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet evenly.
  5. Berry good toppings: Scatter and gently press berries onto the mixture.
  6. Freeze it up: Place in the freezer for 2-4 hours until fully set.
  7. Cutting and serving: Once solid, remove from the sheet and cut into pieces.
