Instructions

  1. Prep the lavender by crushing the buds gently to release their fragrance.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, honey, and protein powder in a mixing bowl, whisk until smooth.
  3. Adding crushed lavender buds and lemon juice to the mixture, whip to combine.
  4. Taste your mixture; adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the mousse in dishes and garnish as desired.
