Instructions
- Prep the lavender by crushing the buds gently to release their fragrance.
- Combine Greek yogurt, honey, and protein powder in a mixing bowl, whisk until smooth.
- Adding crushed lavender buds and lemon juice to the mixture, whip to combine.
- Taste your mixture; adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
