- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Crumb the graham crackers in a bowl and mix in melted butter until combined.
- Press the crust mixture into a 9-inch springform pan evenly.
- Bring 1/2 cup of milk to a gentle simmer and steep the Earl Grey tea bags for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the milk cool.
- Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and protein powder in a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Add the cooled tea-infused milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and blend until fully combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth it out.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until edges are set with a slight wobble in the center.
- Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door cracked for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with dollops of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of loose Earl Grey tea or zest.
Notes
For a caffeine-free option, substitute Earl Grey with herbal tea. Adjust sweetness to taste before baking.
