Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Crumb the graham crackers in a bowl and mix in melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the crust mixture into a 9-inch springform pan evenly.
  4. Bring 1/2 cup of milk to a gentle simmer and steep the Earl Grey tea bags for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the tea bags and let the milk cool.
  6. Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and protein powder in a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  7. Add the cooled tea-infused milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and blend until fully combined.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth it out.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until edges are set with a slight wobble in the center.
  10. Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door cracked for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  11. Serve with dollops of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of loose Earl Grey tea or zest.

Notes

For a caffeine-free option, substitute Earl Grey with herbal tea. Adjust sweetness to taste before baking.
