- Add matcha powder: Gradually whisk in matcha powder until evenly distributed.
- Incorporate shredded coconut: Fold in the unsweetened shredded coconut with a spatula.
- Pour into the pan: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it into an even layer.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth.
- Drizzle it on: Drizzle the melted chocolate over the matcha mixture.
- Sprinkle with sea salt: Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt over the top.
- Freeze until firm: Place in the freezer for at least 120-180 minutes.
