Indulge guilt-free with these decadent chocolate cups filled with creamy Greek yogurt and rich cocoa protein.
Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate (70% or higher)
- Greek Yogurt
- Cocoa Protein Powder
- Pistachio Cream
- Honey or Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate by chopping it into small pieces and heating in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until fully melted.
- Prep the cupcake liners by lining a muffin tin or silicone cupcake molds.
- Form the chocolate shell by spooning melted chocolate into each liner and coating the edges thoroughly.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Prepare the filling by combining Greek yogurt, cocoa protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mixing until smooth.
- Fill the chocolate cups with the yogurt mixture, filling them 3/4 full.
- Top with pistachio cream and swirl it gently for an artistic touch.
- Final chill by placing the filled cups back in the freezer for another 10-15 minutes.
