Ingredients
- Blackberries (2 cups)
- Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
- Oats (1 cup)
- Almond Flour (1/2 cup)
- Honey or Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
- Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
- Salt (a pinch)
- Protein Powder (optional, 1 scoop)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Mix the blackberries with honey or maple syrup and cinnamon, then spoon the mixture into the muffin cups.
- Prepare the oat crumble by combining oats, almond flour, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt on top of the blackberry layer in each cup.
- Top with the oat crumble to seal in the layers.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes
