Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Mix together the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Add the softened butter to the dry mixture and incorporate to resemble crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the peaches are bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Cool for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
