- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix together the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the softened butter to the dry mixture and incorporate to resemble crumbs.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the peaches are bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
- Cool for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
