Ingredients
- Waffle Cones
- Fresh Peaches
- Brown Sugar
- Butter
- Cinnamon
- Ice Cream (Vanilla or Peach)
- Caramel Sauce
- Whipped Cream (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the peaches by slicing them, then toss with sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Bake the peach mixture for about 20-25 minutes until tender and bubbly.
- Cool the peaches to prevent melting the ice cream.
- Scoop your ice cream into the waffle cones, filling them about ¾ full.
- Layer the baked peaches over the ice cream, adding some of the peach juice.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
