Ingredients

• Sandwich bread (crusts off, flattened)
• Peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
• Jam or jelly of your choice


Instructions

  • Flatten bread slices using a rolling pin.

  • Spread with peanut butter and jam.

  • Roll tightly like a sushi roll.

  • Slice into bite-sized “sushi” rounds.

  • Serve with chopsticks or fun toothpicks for extra smiles!
