Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a tablespoon of butter.
  2. Place a flour tortilla in the skillet for about 30 seconds.
  3. Flip, applying a bit more butter, and warm for another 30 seconds until lightly browned.
  4. Drape the warm tortilla over the edge of a bowl or taco holder to create that desired taco shape.
  5. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until fully combined.
  7. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula.
  8. Fill each shell with a generous scoop of cheesecake filling.
  9. Top each taco with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
