- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 batch of white frosting (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish and grease it lightly or line with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter over low heat and let it cool slightly.
- Combine the cooled melted butter and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and berries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Frost with white frosting after cooling and cut into squares before serving.
