  • 2 cups brown sugar (packed)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 batch of white frosting (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish and grease it lightly or line with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the butter over low heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Combine the cooled melted butter and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  6. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips and berries gently.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  10. Frost with white frosting after cooling and cut into squares before serving.
