Succulent beef ribs coated in a tantalizing barbecue sauce, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 2 racks of beef back ribs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
  4. Season both sides of the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  5. Wrap each rack of ribs in aluminum foil, tightly sealing the edges.
  6. Bake the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  7. Unwrap the ribs and brush a generous layer of barbecue sauce over them.
  8. Broil the ribs for 5–7 minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
  9. Rest the ribs for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider using a spicy barbecue sauce or mix it with honey for a sweet touch.
