Ingredients

- 2 racks of beef back ribs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
- Season both sides of the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Wrap each rack of ribs in aluminum foil, tightly sealing the edges.
- Bake the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Unwrap the ribs and brush a generous layer of barbecue sauce over them.
- Broil the ribs for 5–7 minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
- Rest the ribs for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider using a spicy barbecue sauce or mix it with honey for a sweet touch.
