Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish or similar-sized casserole dish by greasing it with olive oil.
  3. Slice the yellow squash and zucchini to ensure even cooking.
  4. Chop the onion and set it aside.
  5. Layer the sliced yellow squash and zucchini in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
