- 2 cups zucchini, sliced

- 2 eggs

- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish or similar-sized casserole dish by greasing it with olive oil.
- Slice the yellow squash and zucchini to ensure even cooking.
- Chop the onion and set it aside.
- Layer the sliced yellow squash and zucchini in the prepared baking dish.
- Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add one cup of shredded cheese into the egg mixture and stir.
