Ingredients

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • Ground Beef (or Turkey)
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Sliced Jalapeños
  • Sour Cream
  • Black Olives
  • Cilantro
  • Salsa
  • Avocado

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef (or turkey) in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning with a splash of water; simmer for 5 more minutes.
  3. Spread a layer of tortilla chips across your sheet pan, overlapping slightly.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over the chips.
  5. Add the beef mixture evenly over the cheesy chips and top with diced tomatoes and sliced jalapeños. Follow with more cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle sour cream, sprinkle with black olives, and top with fresh cilantro and diced avocado.
