Ingredients
- Tortilla Chips
- Shredded Cheese (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
- Ground Beef (or Turkey)
- Diced Tomatoes
- Sliced Jalapeños
- Sour Cream
- Black Olives
- Cilantro
- Salsa
- Avocado
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground beef (or turkey) in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning with a splash of water; simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Spread a layer of tortilla chips across your sheet pan, overlapping slightly.
- Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over the chips.
- Add the beef mixture evenly over the cheesy chips and top with diced tomatoes and sliced jalapeños. Follow with more cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle sour cream, sprinkle with black olives, and top with fresh cilantro and diced avocado.
