- 4–6 Yukon Gold or red Potatoes
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Buffalo Sauce (optional)
- Fresh Herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the chicken with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce in a large bowl.
- Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
