Description

A comforting pasta bake featuring hearty pasta, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (penne or rotini, 12 ounces)
  • Bacon (6-8 strips, chopped)
  • Ranch Dressing (1 cup, store-bought or homemade)
  • Cheddar Cheese (2 cups, shredded)
  • Green Onions (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • Butter (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Prepare the bacon in a skillet until crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Combine cooked pasta, bacon, ranch dressing, cheese, green onions, and butter in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve after resting for 5-10 minutes.

Notes

To make it healthier, consider using whole wheat pasta and turkey bacon. You can also add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
