- 1 loaf Garlic Bread
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the garlic bread by slicing it in half lengthwise.
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add the marinara sauce and stir to combine, simmmer for about 5 minutes.
- Layer in one cup of mozzarella and half a cup of Parmesan until melted.
- Assemble the boats by spooning the beef mixture into each garlic bread half.
- Add the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Feel free to experiment with different proteins or vegetarian options. Also, try adding additional toppings like red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
