A fun twist on classic lasagna featuring garlic bread as the base, filled with savory ground beef, marinara sauce, and bubbling cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Garlic Bread
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic bread by slicing it in half lengthwise.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Add the marinara sauce and stir to combine, simmmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Layer in one cup of mozzarella and half a cup of Parmesan until melted.
  6. Assemble the boats by spooning the beef mixture into each garlic bread half.
  7. Add the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
