Description

Bold and flavorful Firecracker Chicken Drumsticks, marinated in a spicy-sweet glaze and grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and ginger until combined.
  2. Coat the Drumsticks: Add drumsticks to a large zip-top bag or bowl, pour marinade over them, and coat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your Grill or Oven: About 30 minutes before cooking, preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F) or oven to 425°F.
  4. Grill or Roast the Drumsticks: For grilling, cook for 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through. For roasting, spread drumsticks on a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. Glaze it Up: Brush drumsticks with additional marinade during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking for a sticky glaze.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Let drumsticks rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with sesame seeds.
