A comforting and creamy twist on classic Alfredo, infused with the delicious flavors of garlic bread.
Ingredients

- 12 oz Fettuccine Pasta
- 2 large Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 Loaf of Crusty Bread
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water, add fettuccine, and cook until al dente (10-12 minutes). Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) for the garlic bread. Mix 2 tablespoons of softened butter with minced garlic, spread on sliced bread, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet, sauté minced garlic, pour in cream, and stir until combined. Add Parmesan cheese, stir until smooth, and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
- Combine fettuccine and chicken with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve on plates, garnished with parsley and crispy garlic bread on the side.
Notes
Feel free to substitute the chicken with grilled shrimp or mushrooms for a vegetarian option. Adjust garlic levels based on preference.
