Garlic Bread Chicken Alfredo

Description

A comforting and creamy twist on classic Alfredo, infused with the delicious flavors of garlic bread.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fettuccine Pasta
  • 2 large Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Loaf of Crusty Bread
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, add fettuccine, and cook until al dente (10-12 minutes). Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) for the garlic bread. Mix 2 tablespoons of softened butter with minced garlic, spread on sliced bread, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  4. Add the remaining butter to the skillet, sauté minced garlic, pour in cream, and stir until combined. Add Parmesan cheese, stir until smooth, and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
  5. Combine fettuccine and chicken with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve on plates, garnished with parsley and crispy garlic bread on the side.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the chicken with grilled shrimp or mushrooms for a vegetarian option. Adjust garlic levels based on preference.
