Description
A flavorful dish of seasoned steak bites drizzled with Cowboy Butter, served over fluffy rice.
Ingredients

- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Rinse your rice under cool water to remove excess starch.
- Combine the rinsed rice with 2 cups of beef broth in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and keep covered until serving.
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Melt ½ cup of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
- Add the seasoned steak cubes to the skillet in batches.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Lower heat and pour Cowboy Butter over the steak, tossing to coat.
- Serve the steak bites over a bed of fluffy rice.
- Garnish with extra parsley and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicy twist, add red pepper flakes to the Cowboy Butter. Swap steak for mushrooms for a vegetarian version.
