Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Flip and add the garlic, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add the broth and simmer, covering for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Cook the noodles in a separate pot until al dente, then drain.
  6. Finish the chicken: Remove the chicken, add noodles and remaining butter to the broth, and toss to combine.
  7. Slice the chicken and serve over the noodles, garnished with parsley.
  8. Enjoy the dish with family and friends!

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute butter with olive oil. Add veggies like peas or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
