- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp real butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the chicken: Pat dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken: Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes until browned.
- Flip and add the garlic, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the broth and simmer, covering for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Cook the noodles in a separate pot until al dente, then drain.
- Finish the chicken: Remove the chicken, add noodles and remaining butter to the broth, and toss to combine.
- Slice the chicken and serve over the noodles, garnished with parsley.

Notes
For a lighter option, substitute butter with olive oil. Add veggies like peas or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
