  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Chop your onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil: In a skillet, heat your vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the sausage: Add the sliced smoked sausage and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the veggies: Toss in the diced onion, bell pepper, and celery; sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Incorporate garlic: Add the minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds.
  6. Season it up: Sprinkle in the Cajun spice mix, salt, and pepper; mix well.
