  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Shred your zucchini and salt it, letting it sit for 15 minutes before squeezing out excess moisture.
  3. Combine the zucchini, eggs, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
